Where do I find my account number?
Just look for your CCA number which is located at the bottom of your set-top box. For boxes with a SMART CARD gently pull out your SMART CARD from the set-top box and check the backside of the card.
When you have located your CCA No. or SMART CARD number, use only a SMART/TNT/Sun subscriber SIM and Text SATLITE(space)SC(space)12-digit CCA or smart card number to 5353, and a reply message will give you your prepaid account no. Standard SMS rates apply.
